Product Updates from REPOWR [August 2023]

Trailer Assignment
Our new trailer assignment feature provides tracking to streamline the reservation pick-up process.
By leveraging telematics data, suppliers can track the availability and location of trailers. This enables suppliers to assign trailers to a reservation. Suppliers can also remove assigned trailers on an upcoming reservation based on availability. If an assigned trailer departs a pick-up location, the assignment will be automatically removed. This alleviates the hassle of managing trailer assignments as the yards change. All this is manageable inside the REPOWR platform, improving efficiency.

Renters will also benefit as they will no longer need to go back and forth trying to track down trailer availability information. Renters will have trailers assigned at reservation, guaranteeing availability at pick-up. They will also have a clear view of available trailers within the inspection form. This allows renters to select their preferred trailer during the pick-up process.
Admins booking reservations can search listings offering trailer assignments. They can also view the assignments on the reservation details page. Admins receive notifications with trailer assignments and any changes to a reservation. These improvements ensure a much smoother and more efficient pick-up experience for renters.
REPOWR Pricing Updates
We’re happy to announce our second iteration of REPOWR Pricing! This update presents renters and suppliers with a range of daily rates, instead of one price. This range takes into account drop-off location(s), providing a more accurate price prediction.
REPOWR Pricing offers the best pricing recommendation based on our machine learning algorithm. This algorithm assesses market demand, trends, availability, location, and historical usage patterns. Leveraging these insights to determine pricing increases trailer use and revenue potential.
Reservation Notes
We’ve listened to user feedback and have added a reservation notes section. This is only visible to the supplier or the renter making the notes. This saves time by accessing notes about a reservation, quickly. Examples of notations include list gate codes, extensions, trailer swaps, driver information, etc.
Document Vault
Renters can now save documents within REPOWR. Say goodbye to uploading a new Certificate Of Insurance (COI) with every reservation! Documents are available in the reservation flow and settings page (when reserving with the same supplier). This saves our renters time so they can get to doing what they do best, driving!
